I finally finished the beast. It was a longer journey then I thought it would have been. I had this idea from a friend that got the ball rolling. I kept looking at my favorite painter Frida Khalo's work. I wanted to make something strong and honest. Life needs people who are willing to paint how they feel. I have learned that if I'm going to be honest in painting and don't have to try to answer questions but I will tell stories about how things arch. Being super open can be scary and sometimes is to dark for none creative people. Van Gogh was not alone in having demons. But .......this is a beautiful moment and I want to share it with you all.
