My great moments are often noticed by my wife, dog,cat and friends but I think that is what makes them good moments. This one I feel is one of my best because even I think it is crazy but I hope my fingers are not to bloody when it is over but if i lose a bit pare for the course. Gold leaf is coming......

I woke up this morning and did yoga. Lazy yoga but still yoga :). It felt really good. I honestly loved it. It opened up my mind to the possibilities of new painting ideas. I don't know what I plan on doing but I do know I will do them and that makes me happy. Naturally as I walk threw nirvana my dog and cat climbed all over me and stretched with me on the ground. It was funny and honestly what else can you ask for in life? This journey is infinite and I shall walk it one brush stroke at a time.
